Ragi poha recipe (Serves 2 people)

Ingredients
Ragi Poha – 2 medium bowls (roughly 100 gm) – we use Motherkart Ragi Poha

1 medium onion – chopped
1 capsicum – chopped
Raw Peanuts – 2-3 teaspoons (as per preference)
1 green chilli chopped (optional)
Curry leaves
2 Tablespoon mustard oil
Salt & other spices as needed
Lemon juice as per taste
Coriander for garnishing
No tomato – as it makes the poha soggy
Steps:
- Wash the poha in a strainer and keep it in a plate or Bowl
- Heat the oil in a Kadhai with some Rai dana (mustard seeds)
- Fry the peanuts till golden brown
- Fry the onion till deep pink
- Add Capsicum, green chilli, salt, red chilli( If you want) & stir a bit
- Cover it for a couple of minutes & let it stew, so that it becomes tender.
- Add the Poha & stir fry for a couple of minutes
- Add the peanuts & stir fo couple more minutes
- Add lemon juice, garnish with coriander
And its ready. Serve with love!
